Toukoul; The Orphanage Emme is from
Toukoul is a french organization. The main orphanage is in the capital city of Ethiopia, Addis Ababba. There are also several smaller orphanages throughout the country in rural areas. Children that end up at Toukoul are the lucky ones. This is an amazing organization that not only takes care of children but also providies them with life skills so that hopefully they will be able to make a living.
